The mission of the Office of Institutional Effectiveness (OIE) is to provide leadership, assistance and oversight to the university's quality enhancement and strategic planning initiatives.
To accomplish this mission, OIE:
Uses sound and innovative methods to gather, generate, analyze, report and manage data and to transform data into useful information for decision making and planning
Provides accurate, consistent, relevant and timely information that is accessible to internal and external constituencies
Facilitates the integration of this information into institutional decision making, policy development, and planning processes.
